Vaak, which means "vibrations of vocal chords" in Persian, is the name of our record label. Vaak Records is an Iranian record label based in London, dedicated to promoting music from Iran and other Persian-language communities around the world.
We are endeavouring to facilitate the creation of new international cultural experiences by fostering collaboration between Iranian and international musicians, with a special focus on artists from the SWANA region.
Our goal is to introduce music lovers to fresh and unique sounds from Iran and beyond, while also supporting established artists seeking to broaden their creative horizons. We work closely with artists to help them realise their ideas and navigate their musical journeys, and are committed to fostering a vibrant and diverse music scene.
