Ondor Bondor is included in Otagh Band's upcoming project, a fusion of folk music from southern Iran with electronic and rock genres.
The track draws inspiration from the Yazle, a traditional form of folk song commonly performed in chorus with a 'call and response' pattern. Yazles are versatile, being performed at both funerals and celebrations, and even for protest, as featured in Ondor Bondor.
